We DO NOT ACCEPT RETURNS. However if you have an issue with your order please contact us within 5 BUSINESS DAYS after receiving your order. You can reach us at support@levelindustry.com. Please include proof of purchase along with the issue you have with your order, so that we can process an exchange or possible store credit. ALL CUSTOM ORDERS ARE NON REFUNDABLE.
